To relieve poverty
by growing food through the establishment and utilization of horticulture-based infrastructure (such as greenhouses, irrigation systems, and community food-based gardens) and providing it to organizations that are qualified donees as defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada) and to individuals in need

To advance education
in the field of horticulture by providing publicly available scholarships, bursaries, and other financial assistance to students in pursuit of horticulture-based post-secondary education and/or training

To receive and maintain a fund
or funds and to apply all or part of the principal and income therefrom, from time to time, to qualified donees as defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada)
